My Analysis:

I did some changes from last run:

1. Lighter breakfast - 3 x Date Bars.
2. Drink water - 15 mins before run.
3. More warming up / stretching before run

It's working! Last training i made 1 hrs 7 mins for 10 km. Now 1 hrs 2 mins.

Next thing to do:
1. More exercises / trainings - Target 1 hours
2. To maintain pace at least 5.25 min /km.
3. Control meals

I still couldn't follow Dato and Jassir's pace:

                      0-3km      3-5.76km      5.76-10km

1. Jassir:       5.11          5.07                5.58
2. Dato:         5.34          5.56                6.58
3. Aswade:    5.45          6.33               6.74
4. Riza:          6.01          6.53                8.00

One of factor why my pace reduced toward the end of run because their finishing line. There are 2 arches that look like the finishing line (Redbull Arch & Starting Arch). I hardly pushed my strength when reaching starting line (on the bridge - uphill position) which i though it was finishing line.

OMG..another 400m to go!!

Allahamdullilah, at least I can finish 10km challenge without stop and maintain my pace at 6.2mins/km in 1 hour 2 mins.
